Refund & Returns Policy

We produce items via print-on-demand. Each product is made to order after purchase.
Eligible for replacement/refund
We will replace or refund items that arrive:

damaged, misprinted, or defective;

incorrect (wrong item/size) due to our error.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos at ovcharkaind@gmail.com.
Not eligible
-
correctly delivered items without defects (e.g., size/fit preference);

personalized/custom items;
-
opened poster/print sets without manufacturing defects.
If you need a size exchange as a courtesy, shipping costs may apply — email us and we’ll try to help.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours after purchase and before production starts.
How to request a replacement/refund

We confirm and provide instructions/RMA if needed.

For manufacturing issues we typically reprint and reship. Refunds (when approved) are issued to the original payment method.
Refund timing
Once approved, refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days (your bank/payment provider may need up to 10 business days to post funds).
Return address
Return addresses vary by product and fulfillment partner; we’ll provide the correct return address in our reply. Unapproved returns may be rejected.
