  6. Intellectual property. All artwork/designs are owned by ovcharka.shop/licensors. You receive a personal, non-commercial right to use purchased items. Reproduction/resale/commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

  7. Prohibited uses. Don’t use the site for unlawful purposes, infringe rights, or interfere with site operation.

  8. Limitation of liability. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  9. Governing law. Governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes handled by competent courts in Bangkok, Thailand.
